most boxes are narrow enough to fit through a standard door frame. If you still have trouble or have a narrow door, we suggest removing the chair from the box first wich will give you additional clearance. Do you ship massage chairs to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes! We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, for only a minor extra charge. Because these packages need to go by air, it does cost a little extra, but the bright side is that you often get your chair faster than you normally would. Lower end massage chairs from companies like Interactive are readily available in refurbished condition, and while these massage chairs may seem like a bargain, they are typically a bad investment. Refurbished massage chairs are, of course, not in "like-new" condition. Generally they are chairs that have failed and been returned to the manufacturer. They often do not carry a warranty, and have much higher breakdown rates than new chairs. The fact is, you never know what kind of problems a refurbished chair may have had in the past. It could be something that isn't easily fixed, or a recurring problem that won't go away. In any case, you are taking a risk on a chair that has already had some issues, and may have more in the future. Quality massage chair manufacturers like Elite and Panasonic don't have a large
market for refurbished chairs mainly because they are almost never returned and rarely if ever break down. Quality massage chairs, like those
that we carry have such long life spans that they don't usually
show up on the refurbished chair market, or in places like eBay.

We have two expedited shipping options: 1-3 Day Delivery, for an additional $375.00 and 2-5 Day Delivery, for an additional $175.00. As always, our normal shipping option is included in the price of your chair, and this option will have the massage chair at your door in 5-7 business days. The Elite Optima and Brookstone U-Harmony shiatsu massage chairs have several heating elements. There are some low-end chairs that offer heat, but these chairs do not provide the therapeutic benefit of a high quality massage chair. Heat can help to increase the effectiveness of your massage by stimulating
circulation and allowing muscles to relax. Integrated
heat therapy loosens muscles and allows for more effective massage.
