Panasonic Warranty
YOUR PANASONIC MASSAGE LOUNGER LIMITED WARRANTY CURRENTLY PROVIDES YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING COVERAGE:
Labor: On-site service for one (1) year. On-site service includes on-site inspection of the product. At the warrantor’s discretion, coverage included either on-site repair of the product, or removal of the product from your premises for repair to a Panasonic Authorized Service Center.
Parts (excluding moving block components): New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year.
Moving Block and/or block components: New or rebuilt
parts in exchange for defective parts for three (3) years. The purchaser
pays for all labor charges related to the removal and installation of
the moving block and/or components during the second and third year
of the warranty.
