This chair's rolling motion works your spine, one vertebrate at a time. It allows your spine to systematically decompress, releasing pinched nerves and increasing your spine's nutrient absorption.	The gentle kneading and rubbing motions associated with the Swedish massage technique increase your circulation while flushing out lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic waste. It is designed to shorten your muscles' recovery time.	The Shiatsu massage technique uses deep, intense kneading and tapping to promote healing in the body and mind. Shiatsu allows the body to enter a state of deep relaxation during the massage, leading to elevated energy levels afterwards.

Dual Action Combination Inward and Outward Kneading.
Click the dual action button and you can adjust the time from 5-30 minutes with inward massage, click the button again and SWITCH to outward kneading. Then select from 6 speed settings. There are much more expensive chairs that don't do this!

Special function Health Time.
This 30 minute program is set to automatically detect your shoulder position and acupressure points and adjust the width and speed of the massage rollers to provide the most comfortable massage!

Special function Rest Time.
For all of you who fall asleep in your chair (we know who you are) This massage will start with a 3 minute preprogrammed auto-detect massage and then allow you to rest (or sleep) and it will then wake you up with another 3 minute massage. You can manually set the rest time to wake you up after just a few minutes or up to an hour and a half later.
